MADE IN THE USA SINCE 1940: LONN MANUFACTUING’S TIMELESS GUARANTEE (WARRANTY)

LONN MANUFACTURING CO. INC. (“Lonn”) warrants its air and water sprayers, siphon guns, hoses, and other fluid transfer tools are free from defects in materials and workmanship.

Brass or stainless steel components:

This warranty period extends for as long as the original end-user purchaser owns the product.

Rubber components:

This warranty period extends 3 years after the date of original purchase. Lonn will, at its option, repair or replace with a comparable product any product, part, or component that fails under everyday use as a result of such defect. 

This Timeless Guarantee covers the original purchase of an air or water sprayer or siphon gun by an end-user purchaser for typical home or commercial use, provided it is used as specified in the published operating instructions and by all applicable regulatory rules, limits and guidelines.

In no event shall Lonn be responsible for special, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of a claim for defective product or failure of warranty. All labor and material costs of repair or replacement under this Timeless Guarantee shall be the responsibility of Lonn. Shipping costs from and to the end-user purchaser associated with repair or replacement under this Timeless Guarantee shall be the responsibility of Lonn for one year after the date of purchase.

To obtain service under this Timeless Guarantee, the end-user purchaser must contact Lonn directly. The end-user may first ship the product to Lonn, but it is understood that there is a risk that inspection may reveal the product is not eligible for the warranty. In such cases, the end-user would either have to pay for the repair or cover the return shipping costs. The end-user purchaser must provide a reasonable opportunity for inspection and investigation of the claim before any repairs or alterations to the product are made.

Proof of purchase will be verified by the end-user purchaser, and the applicability of the Timeless Guarantee will be determined by Lonn. Note that products are stamped with the year of manufacture as a second verification. Lonn, at its sole discretion, will decide whether to repair or replace defective parts or products.

Exclusions:

  • Damage caused by the 3rd party shipping carrier
  • Normal wear and tear are excluded unless there were original manufacturing defects that only became apparent after some time of everyday use.
    • Worn tools can typically be re-built by Lonn for a relatively low cost.
  • Deterioration due to incompatible chemical use
    • Example: rubber deteriorating due to soaked-in chemicals
    • Example: metal cracked or corroded from fluids including but not limited to:
      • Iodine and acids in contact with brass or any chemical known to be incompatible with brass
      • Hydrochloric Acid, Hydrofluoric Acid, Bleach, or any chemical known to be incompatible with stainless steel
    • Blockages due to unclean liquid or air supply

Note: Blockages can be cleaned out by Lonn for a relatively low cost

  • Quick-connect fittings are not covered under this warranty

Note: Quick Connects can be replaced by Lonn for a relatively low-cost

  • Brass check valves or goose-neck valves (on the 3-in-1 super spray) are not covered under this warranty.
    • Note: Brass valves can be replaced by Lonn for a relatively low cost.
  • Modifications, unauthorized repairs, disassembly, or attempted repairs will void the warranty.

THESE WARRANTIES DO NOT APPLY, IN ANY WAY, TO PRODUCTS THAT ARE ALTERED OR MODIFIED IN ANY FASHION OR THAT ARE USED IN A MANNER FOR WHICH THEY WERE NOT ORIGINALLY INTENDED.

THESE WARRANTIES ONLY APPLY TO PURCHASES WITHIN AND PRODUCTS USED WITHIN THE UNITED STATES, MEXICO, AND CANADA.
